After you have registered with CoachRider and your account is set up, you are free to reserve your allotment of monthly driving hours. Unused monthly hours are automatically recycled to the next month. We service the DC metropolitan area. Contact us to find out if your destination is in our coverage area.
You Get an Allotment of Hours
Each month your account will contain an allotment of driver hours for you to use as you need. Call CoachRider at 1-866-48Rider (487-4337) to make your private driving service reservations. All private car reservations are first come, first serve. We do everything we can to accommodate your needs. If you go over your monthly allotment you are simply charged by the hour at the same rate. If you don't use all of your monthly hours in any given month, those hours are "recycled" or will roll-over to the next month at no extra charge. Recycled hours are available for up to one year from the last day of the month in which they were originally accumulated. You are welcome to change or upgrade your subscription plan anytime to ensure the best use of the car service without penalty.
Private Driver Comes to Your Door
Your private driver will to come to your door at your scheduled time and take you to your reserved destination. If you are sending a loved one such as a child or senior adult you may want to take advantage of our Account Profile to set allowable destinations, apply parental cntrols, communicate preferences, or ask for special assistance to and from the car.
Your Subscription Automatically Renews
Your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription fee each month. If you cancel your subscription within the first year, CoachRider will charge a cancellation fee equal to one regular monthly subscription charge. Under 31 Days or after 1 year, you many cancel anytime, and no cancellation fees will be applied. Ask us about meeting your billing cycle needs, such as billing 12 months of charges in 9 months.
